Does it work with my printer?
Yes — any printer. SpoolDeck is software-only, so it doesn’t care what brand or model you run. There’s no hardware to buy and no bridge to install.
Do I need a Raspberry Pi or special setup?
No. There’s nothing to flash and no device to wire up. You track jobs and printers in SpoolDeck directly — bring the printers you already own.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan covers 2 printers and 25 orders per month, with the catalog, model files, and print-job queue. No credit card required to start.
Can I track cost and margin per order?
Yes. Filament, machine time, and labor feed into a true cost for every order, and SpoolDeck shows your margin against the sale price — before you print.
Do you support Indian GST and couriers?
SpoolDeck is India-aware: prices show in INR and orders capture the fields Indian shops need. Deeper GST invoicing and courier integrations are on the near-term roadmap — talk to us about what your shop needs and we’ll prioritise honestly.
How do I import orders?
You can add orders manually or import them, and each order becomes a set of print jobs ready to assign. Marketplace sync is available on higher plans.
