Is the free plan really free?
Yes — 2 printers and 25 orders per month, with no credit card required. It stays free for as long as you use it.
What counts as an order?
One customer order, however many parts or prints it contains. A single order with four printed parts is still one order against your monthly count.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I pass 25 orders on Free?
It’s a soft cap. You can finish the orders you’ve already got, and we’ll prompt you to upgrade for more headroom. Nothing is deleted and no order is lost.
Do you charge in USD or INR?
Prices show in INR automatically for India. You’re billed in the currency shown on your region’s pricing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free (annual is 10× the monthly price). Toggle monthly/annual above to compare.
